CJIS Policy Companion helps practitioners locate and understand the requirements of the FBI CJIS Security Policy v6.1. Ask a question and Talon, the app's guide, names the applicable control, explains what it requires, and shows the page it comes from, in text and voice.

Talon is a CJIS policy reference assistant. It is not the FBI, a CJIS Systems Agency, an auditor, or legal counsel, and it does not determine compliance. Confirm decisions with your agency CJIS Systems Officer or your CSA.
